Women Intergenerational from Seniors to Kids was formed by an intergenerational team of Women from Foothills Mennonite Church. Our desire is to provide a place for the women of the church to gather and connect. One of the greatest needs, as we see, is to have authentic relationships. Feeling on the outside has been a common denominator for many women in our church, indescriminate of age and length of attendence.
Our first event was held on April 1, 2011 (no joke). We held a Strawberry Tea, asking attendees to dress up - old prom dress, Mother of Bride dress, etc... Sassafrass was also invited to demonstrate her Sassy Diet.
